REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to return or cancel your order of SQE Study Notes and/or SQE Flashcards, the refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

 

Refund and Return Process -

1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, please write to us at sqeprep@revisionkiller.com that you would like to return your order and your brief reasons for doing so. For the purposes of calculating the return period, the 14 day period will commence on the day after you have placed your order as all items are dispatched the same day for next day delivery;

2. We will confirm your request by email and provide you a delivery address to return the order to. We ask that you obtain a shipping/posting confirmation from your delivery partner for your records and please ensure the order is securely packaged;

3. On receipt of the return order, provided the goods are unused and in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund for the sum you have paid less our original cost of shipping to you (i.e. we will deduct the cost of the first class postage);

4. Your payment will be refunded through your original payment method and should be in your account within 5 working days.

 

Cancellation Process -

1. In the event you would like to cancel your order before your copy of SQE Study Notes and/or SQE Flashcards has been dispatched, you have the right to do so but you should immediately contact us at sqeprep@revisionkiller.com to ensure we are aware of your cancellation before we arrange dispatch (which will be on the same day that your order is placed). You will have received an automated shipping confirmation email if your order has been dispatched.

2. Should your order have been dispatched, then you will need to follow the Refund and Return Process to return your order to us to obtain the refund.
