ABOUT THE FLASHCARDS
SQE Flashcards are 33 double sided laminated flashcards that cover the main FLK1 and FLK2 substantive and procedural law subject areas of:
Contract, Crime, Land, Legal Systems/Public/EU Law, Tort, Trusts, Business Law and Practice, Dispute Resolution, Property Practice, Wills and the Administration of Estates, Criminal Practice and Legal Services.
They have been designed to help student memorise and recall the key subject areas within the SQE in an easy to read and hold format. Students have found them particularly useful in their preparation of SQE2 and helping them retain the law studied during their SQE1 assessments.
Please note: subjects not covered are Tax, Professional Conduct and Solicitors Accounts. For maximum learning impact, SQE Flashcards should be used alongside SQE Study Notes (Books 1 and 2).
Revision notes have always been part of the law student’s arsenal in passing law exams. Currently, there are many SQE revision notes in circulation, however, on closer examination many are rehashed GDL/LLB/LPC notes or student notes tailored to their SQE provider’s course which often include irrelevant material.
SQE Study Notes and SQE Flashcards are not linked to any SQE provider course. We have written SQE Study Notes and SQE Flashcards directly based on the SQE syllabus as published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Kaplan (the assessor). An immense amount of work and thought has gone into structuring and summarising the law (FLK1 and FLK2) to ensure the content maximises learning, focus and exam success.
