After almost two years of watching students wrestle with the format of SQE1, and more than a few messages saying, “Can you just give us more practice questions?”, I finally did it. I’ve written Book 3 in the Revision Killer series:SQE1 Multiple Choice Questions – 420 Single Best Answer Questions on FLK1 and FLK2.
This is the first book of its kind, written specifically to complement Book 1 (Substantive Law) and Book 2 (Procedural Law). It’s not just a bunch of random questions. It’s a structured, strategic, syllabus-aligned tool designed to help you apply the law like an examiner, not just memorise it.
Why I Wrote It
If you've studied with the SQE Study Notes, you know the goal has always been clarity, structure, and alignment with the exam. But as more and more students told me they were struggling to get used to the Single Best Answer (SBA) format, or couldn’t find realistic
MCQs, I realised we needed a third book. One that would give you the practice, exam-style exposure, and topic-by-topic confidence you need to succeed.
I’ve been writing questions since my Kaplan days. But this time, I put everything into designing something that works in your hands, not just in theory.
What’s Inside
SQE1 Multiple Choice Questions contains 420 SBAs broken down across the FLK1 and FLK2 assessments. Each chapter aligns with the way law is actually taught and tested, not how it's lumped together in textbooks. Every question mirrors the real SQE style: no trick questions, just clear challenges to test legal recall, precision and application.
Here's a breakdown:
FLK1 – 210 Questions
Contract Law (30)
Tort Law (30)
Public Law (35)
Business Law & Practice (40)
Dispute Resolution (60)
Legal Services (15)
FLK2 – 210 Questions
Trusts (30)
Land Law (30)
Criminal Law & Practice (40)
Property Practice (40)
Wills & Estates (40)
Solicitors’ Accounts (20)
Ethics & Professional Conduct (10)
Answers are fully referenced and explained. Everything is colour-printed, A5, and structured just like your revision sessions should be, short, sharp, strategic.
Why It Matters
Too many students are going into the exam under-practised. That’s the honest truth. You can read all the notes you want, but if you’re not training your brain to answer SBA-style questions, you’re not really exam-ready.
This book is built to change that.
It’s also ideal for those sitting mock exams, attending SQE provider workshops, or simply trying to diagnose knowledge gaps. And just like Books 1 and 2, it’s compact and portable, so it fits into your revision life, not the other way around.
Price: £60

If you're already using the Study Notes and Flashcards, this is the final tool in your revision system. The missing piece of the puzzle. And if you’re a law firm, apprentice, or international student, this is the book that helps convert legal knowledge into exam success.
"You asked for more questions. Now you’ve got them."
